When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak festival seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks, hosiery, and bodysuits without a liner are final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
Rave wear often runs small or has high stretch. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to ravers worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
